Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Cocozie handles information when you use its private pet growth memory features. The app is designed to keep Growth Tracks, Growth Moments, Growth Chapters, and Growth Books in the app's local storage on your device.
Information You Provide
You may choose to provide pet photos, pet names, chapter titles, moment titles, notes, dates, and milestone selections. You may also create a Growth Book from selected saved moments. This content is used to create and display your private pet records and generated books.
Basic App Information
The app stores basic app settings and operation data, including your language preference, agreement status, local private-space status, coin balance, and processed purchase transaction identifiers. This information supports the app's local operation, prevents duplicate coin credits, and lets the app restore its state on the same device.
Local Storage and Retention
Your pet records, selected photos, generated Growth Books, and related app state are stored in the app's local container on your device. They are retained until you edit or delete them, or use the in-app Delete Account action. Device backups or sharing actions that you choose may be handled by your device platform under its own settings and policies.
App Store Purchases
Coin packages are offered through Apple in-app purchases. Apple processes payment information. The app receives StoreKit product and verified transaction information needed to credit coins and process restoration requests. We do not receive your full payment card information.
Attribution When Configured
Some configured releases may use Adjust for app attribution after you acknowledge the in-app legal notice. If enabled, Adjust may process device, app interaction, and attribution information according to its own privacy documentation. The app disables IDFA reading and does not send pet photos, moment notes, Growth Tracks, or Growth Book content through its Adjust events.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your pet photos or private growth records. Information is otherwise shared only as needed for Apple payment services, an enabled attribution provider, a sharing action you initiate, legal compliance, or protection of rights and safety.
Security and Your Choices
You can choose which photos and records to add, edit or delete local content, log out of the app's private space, and use Delete Account to remove local app records and local app state. No method of device storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Cocozie is not directed to children under 13. Do not provide personal information about a child through the app.
